In my location here, i have a loud interfering pulse signal coming from several strobe lights on transmitting towers nearby. While they vary in strength and are sometimes weak, they are heard constantly and interfere with other signals on or near each of the spectral lines. These lines start at 1 Hz and are spaced 1 Hz apart up to beyond 100 Hz. The pulses are heard most strongly on cloudy nights, but are heard in the background even with very clear skies. The 1 Hz period appears to be highly accurate, probably crystal controlled. Some typical spectrograms of the pulse signal harmonics in the lower audio band: Waveform of the strobe pulse signals
