----------------------------------- Dear Tim, I reworked the round-trip-light-time for the path AL-Moon-FR and the range change is about +/-1.7 ms. Not so large as Self-Moon-Self, mainly because one station (AL) is approaching the Moon, and the other (FR) is receding, which compensates somewhat. The light times given below are to the centre of gravity of the Moon, so there is the curve of the Moon to be accounted for one-way, but not relevant when considering the change in time two-way.
